About me.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, I’m a blend of Indian and South African heritage. As a food enthusiast and certified bodyworker, I've dedicated my life to helping people achieve optimal health and vitality. I've pursued a career focused on nutrition, healing, and self-care.
I began my culinary journey in 2004 by opening London's first raw food café. This venture sparked a passion for sourcing high-quality ingredients and creating delicious, nutritious dishes. In 2014, I furthered my culinary pursuits by opening Nectar Café, a popular health food destination in Camden. Despite its closure due to the pandemic, the café's legacy lives on through the cherished recipes and memories it created.
Beyond my culinary endeavors, I'm a certified bodyworker specialising massage. I've also trained in NADA and Trauma Release, designed to release stress and trauma. My work as a bodyworker has allowed me to provide hands-on healing and support to countless individuals.
In addition to my bodywork practice, I'm the co-author of two international bestsellers, "Self-Care for the Real World" and "Rituals for Everyday." These books offer practical guidance on mindfulness, stress management, and holistic well-being.
To further my mission of promoting health and vitality, I founded Phyto Nectars, a supplement brand that harnesses the power of plants and mushrooms. Our products are carefully formulated to provide essential nutrients and support for overall well-being.
Through my work as a chef, bodyworker, author, and entrepreneur, I strive to empower individuals to prioritise their health and live fulfilling lives.
