As a certified TRE provider with 8 years of experience, I offer personalised sessions designed to help you release deep-seated stress and trauma. Through shaking, you can safely process your past experiences and cultivate greater resilience and well-being.

When we feel good, we have more capacity to do good. Our prime objective was to create products that harness the power of plants and mushrooms to supercharge your health.

We want to deepen your connection to the world of plants and mushrooms in an easy to use, effective and delicious format.  Our Phyto Nectars, fuse ancient plant traditions with modern scientific approaches to create pleasurable daily rituals. Each sachet contains potent, whole, extracted, and fermented plants and mushrooms, fortified with vitamins and minerals.

NOURISHMENT

I’m a food enthusiast with a passion for using high-quality ingredients. I opened London’s first raw food cafe in 2004. My focus has always been on sourcing the best ingredients and creating delicious, nutritious dishes.

In 2014 I opened Triyoga’s flagship cafe in Camden, Nectar Cafe. We served a variety of healthy, flavourful juices, smoothies, and delicious salads and soups. Despite closing over covid, it brings me so much joy that people still reach out, complimenting our cafe and seeking our treasured recipes, which I’m always happy to share. So much so, I have set up cooking classes and private catering. Some of the recipes are in my books.
